Frequently Asked Questions:
Is this service Vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, to both.
Will I turn orange?
No! Our solution does not use an orange base and your tan will be a rich, brown color.
Can I still swim?
Yes, but it will likely reduce the life of your tan. Chlorine reduces the life of your tan and saltwater dries out your skin, which also reduces the life of your tan. You can still swim and your tan will not run off in the pool, but it just will not last as long as it could have.
Can I work out?
Unless you get the rapid tan, we suggest waiting at least 4 hours to work out after your tan. Besides the initial waiting period, you can work out as normal. However, sweat will reduce the life of your tan.
If I am pregnant can I get a spray tan?
Yes! Our solution is organic and natural. It is a safe process even while pregnant. As always, during the first trimester, it is best to consult your doctor.
Will it leave my house a mess?
No. We normally set up in a bathroom and always use our pop-up tents. The tents capture all of the spray tan mist when in use. At the end we have you wait a few minutes and make sure you are dry before stepping out to make sure any runoff stays in the tent. We wrap up the tent and bring it our, mess free after our service.
How long will the appointment take?
30 minutes. This includes set up, the spray tan itself, clean up and removal, and time for Q&A.
How long will it last?
Under normal conditions and with proper care, spray tans will last approximately 7 days.
Will it stain my clothes?
We ask you to wear loose fitting, dark clothes and flip flops after your airbrush tan. Tight clothes will rub off your tan and reduce its useful life. Light colored clothes (including denim) will absorb some of the spray tan but it easily comes off in the wash. If you do not shower before bed and let it set overnight, your bed sheets will absorb the spray tan as well. Like clothing, bed sheets can be washed to easily remove the discoloration.
Does it have a bad odor?
No. Our spray tan solution has a neutral scent that is unnoticeable after the initial spray.
Can I suntan after getting a spray tan?
Of course. Just make sure to use proper SPF protection. The spray tan does nothing to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays.
What if I am looking for a spray tan near me?

Yes. The active ingredient is DHA. DHA is FDA approved and is shown to have no possibility of toxicity or to be absorbed by the blood stream. This includes if DHA is ingested. While we don’t recommend it, even if you get spray tan solution in your mouth you will be fine. Our solution is gluten, paraben, sulfate, phthalate and propylene glycol free. If you have any skin concerns, please contact your physician before scheduling an appointment.
Can a spray tan be removed?
Spray tans can’t be removed, they fade over time. You could choose to do all of the things we recommend that you NOT do to extend the life of your tan. These include swimming in chlorinated pool water or saltwater, using a loofah to scrub in the shower, and applying oil to your skin.
